Irrigation systems

In the animation below we try to explain the advantages of our system. We consider 3 distinct situations in respect of the watering of the garden.

0 : you have water from the local company and are using a normal irrigation controller ('PR')
1 : you have a well (or its equivalent ) and use a pump + normal irrigation controller
2 : you have a well (or its equivalent ) and use a pump + casa automatica system

Notes:

0 : it is simple when the water pressure is guaranteed. As well as the existence of water pipes you have to connect the irrigation control to valves with an electric cable. This cable is used by the controller to transmit the commands that open and close the valves.
1 : The pump will inevitably complicate the situation. It forces you to install a deposit, can also oblige the passing of more tubes and will certainly greatly complicate the elaboration of an irrigation plan that takes into consideration the real needs of different types of plans. The stop and start illustrated in the animation increases the energy consumption and eventually spoils the pump. This system, as it is, makes it very difficult or even impossible to conciliate different types of irrigation.

2 : the problem described in 1 can be overcome by combining the two important functions:
- The capacity to combine the opening of the different valves
- Flexible management of opening times of each valves (each valve can have an unlimited number of programs)
